- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate applies.
- Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination, which will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
- We are currently only shipping in the US.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress to your doorstep.

- One Fragrance House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, One Fragrance House will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
