Returns and refunds

Please request a return within seven days after your order is delivered. Contact us before sending an item back so we can review your request and provide return instructions.

Products that are defective are eligible for return, including products that have been used. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within seven days after delivery and describe the issue.

For products that are not defective, used products are not eligible for return. Please contact us within seven days after delivery to request a return for an unused product. We will review the request and provide instructions if it is eligible.

Do not send products back before contacting us. Return shipping arrangements and any refund or replacement will be confirmed when we review your request. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.
